You can afford the Gurgaon EMI, but can you afford the life after it? CA warns homebuyers and asks them to re-think

CA Nitin Kaushik has warned Gurgaon homebuyers to look beyond the EMI when deciding whether they can afford a house. He said the real cost is the life buyers may have to sacrifice, including childrens education, parents, cars, investments, retirement and leisure. Kaushik asked whether people are buying homes to build better lives or gradually building their lives around paying for the house, urging buyers to rethink affordability.
