An ecommerce developer has claimed on Reddit that he was fired after building custom automation systems that saved his company thousands of hours of work. According to his post, instead of receiving a promotion or salary increase, he was given more responsibilities without added pay. He also alleged unpaid off the clock work, automatic lunch break deductions, and an unfair severance offer tied to strict conditions.
