Packing far more clothes than necessary may sometimes reflect a mind that spends a lot of time anticipating what might happen next. A person may be mentally preparing for different possibilities, drawing on past experiences to imagine future scenarios, and using physical preparation to make those uncertainties feel easier to manage.
