Farhan Akhtar opts out of 'Lalkaara'; Sidhant comes on board for Aamir's sports drama

Farhan Akhtar has exited the upcoming sports drama 'Lalkaara' due to scheduling conflicts. Sidhant Gupta will now portray a close friend of Aamir Khan's character. Aamir Khan is set to play Lala Amarnath in this period film. The movie reunites Khan with director Ashutosh Gowariker after their 'Lagaan' success. Principal photography for 'Lalkaara' begins on October 1 in Mumbai.
