Agam Kumar buys Rs 10 crore property in Madh Island

Singer Sonu Nigams father, Agam Kumar Nigam, has purchased a Rs 10 crore property in Mumbais Madh Island. The 1,197-square-metre plot, named Mango Villa, includes residential and commercial structures. Registered on February 18, 2026, the deal adds to the Nigam familys growing real estate portfolio in the celebrity-favoured neighbourhood.
