Jodhpur Municipal Corporation Election Results LIVE: Counting of votes to begin shortly

The Jodhpur Municipal Corporation election in Rajasthan was held on September 11, with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Congress and independent candidates putting up a strong fight to take control of the city's civic administration. Vote counting will begin at 8 am today. A total of 71.95 per cent of voters in Jodhpur exercised their right to vote. In terms of votes, 512,410 people cast their votes out of a total of 712,164 voters.
