Watch: What comes first? Decoding the protocol for Tamil Thai Vazhthu, Vande Mataram and Jana Gana Mana

The Madras High Court has revised its Independence Day programme to include Tamil Thai Vazhthu at the beginning of the celebrations. The change came after the Madurai Bench Bar Association raised concerns over the omission of the State Song from the courts original programme.
