Borivali police arrest man accused of hitting umpire after being given out LBW

A 55-year-old man accused of attacking a cricket umpire with a bat over a disputed LBW decision in Borivli in 1990 has been arrested after 36 years. Borivli police traced him to Mira Road using technical inputs and the Sanchar Saathi system
