Reliance gets court breather over Campa energy drink label ban

Delhi High Court has granted interim relief to Reliance Industries against FSSAI's directive on Campa beverages. The court questioned FSSAI for not providing proper notice before the order was issued, which affected the company's operations. Reliance challenged the June directive due to significant business disruption caused by product seizures and delistings. Similar legal challenges from PepsiCo and Monster Beverage are also ongoing in the same context.
