Timely intervention by Maharashtra transport commissioner restores pending RTO services

Maharashtra RTO services resumed after a technical issue caused application rejections. Transport commissioner Rajesh Narwekar directed manual processing of affected applications. This move provided immediate relief to thousands of vehicle owners and operators. The problem stemmed from a mismatch between RC and Aadhaar name details. Authorities are now working on a permanent technical solution for seamless online processing.
