Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium in Delhi to be 'dismantled'

The Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi will be dismantled to make way for a state-of-the-art Sports City featuring facilities for multiple disciplines and on-site accommodation for athletes, a sports ministry source said.
