Karnataka High Court directs State government to give status report on implementation of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act

The High Court of Karnataka on Friday directed the State government to file a status report on the implementation of various important provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, on a PIL petition, which has complained about Karnatakas persistent and unjustifiable delay in implementing the mandate of this law meant for welfare of persons with disabilities.
