President Murmu to confer 66 Padma awards on Monday

President Droupadi Murmu will present 66 Padma awards on Monday. The ceremony will honor two Padma Vibhushan, six Padma Bhushan, and 58 Padma Shri awardees. A total of 131 Padma awards have been approved for 2026. The awards recognize extraordinary contributions from ordinary Indians across various fields. Many recipients are unsung heroes who have overcome personal hardships to serve society.
