Pakistan eyes Gulf-backed oil reserve hub at Gwadar amid Strait of Hormuz tensions

Pakistan is encouraging Persian Gulf oil producers to establish crude reserve buffers at its planned Energy City near Gwadar Port. This initiative aims to create strategic reserves for emergency use, as Pakistan currently lacks such buffers. Kuwait has already shown interest in this proposal, which also includes LNG and LPG terminals.
