CJI BR Gavai to deal with claim that senior HC judge approached NCLAT member for favourable order

The Supreme Court is forwarding serious allegations to the Chief Justice of India. A judicial member of NCLAT Chennai reportedly received messages from a senior high court judge. This judge allegedly pressured him to rule in favour of a company. The Supreme Court has transferred the case to New Delhi. The Chief Justice will handle this matter administratively.
