UAE imposes penalties of up to Dh5,000 on businesses violating e-invoicing guidelines

The UAE is introducing penalties of up to Dh5,000 for businesses violating e-invoicing requirements. Starting July 2026, all invoices must be created, exchanged, and reported electronically to the Federal Tax Authority.
