Srinagar, Aug 8:Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday described renowned cardiologist Dr Upendra Kauls memoir 'When the Heart Speaks' as a love letter to the land he holds dear. Speaking during the launch of the second revised edition of Dr U Kauls book, 'When the Heart Speaks: A Memoir of a Cardiologist', at Radisson Collection Hotel & Spa, Riverfront, Srinagar, CM Omar said the book goes beyond Dr Kaul's professional journey to capture his experiences, struggles, and commitment to society.
