Pocso Case: SC grants relief to BJP leader Yediyurappa

The Supreme Court has stayed trial court proceedings against former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa in a child sexual assault case under the POCSO Act, 2012. The stay was granted on a special leave petition challenging a Karnataka High Court order that had refused to quash the case.
