Nanded, Aug 13: Shiromani Akali Dal chief and former Punjab deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal was injured in a knife attack inside a gurdwara in Maharashtra's Nanded on Thursday, police said. Srinagar, Aug 13: The Jammu and Kashmir Department of Wildlife Protection has set up several control rooms across its wildlife divisions and issued a public advisory amid growing encounters between people and wild animals. The move comes amid an increase in bear and leopard attacks across the region. The department said the control rooms will strengthen response during wildlife emergencies.
